In this case we are asked to decide whether the 10-year statute of repose provision in Minn. Stat. § 541.051, subd. 1(a) (2004), applies to claims for negligence based on a landowners common-law duty to inspect and maintain the property. The court of appeals held that the claims were not time-barred by the statute. We affirm.
